Services Requested-- Trashouts-bid approval-lock changes-basic electric-basic plumbing Inspection-debris removals-roof repair-winterization-roof repairs-light plumbing-light electrical -etc
Qualification;
-Must have fuel economical truck, generator, lawn equipment, air compressor, hand tools, working cell phone, proper working office internet, be very computer literate, knowledge of property preservation and residential maintenance.
-Ability to submit reasonable bids with each work order.
-Ability to follow rules, policies and directions required.
-Proficient in Time Management and Economics required.
-Ability to use and understand a computer and internet.
-Honest, reliable and hardworking Contractors needed.
$15-$20 depending on experiences and performance
